The Good Teeth for Your Hair

Recently with learning the advantages of some different types of hair brushes for my step daughter's hair, I found 2 new kinds of brushes that I really wanted to try.

I found this handy photo from www.dailymakeover.com this brush guide.
I found with my step daughter's ringlets you can only really use a wide tooth comb(with conditioner in the bath only) is when I can brush her hair(she's 4).

I had seen a while ago on Rose Shock this new Goody Tangle Fix hair brush and she was talking about how she really likes it for her extensions.
so I kinda forgot about it and one day at walmart I found it. It looks like the bristles aren't that great and I was unsure, I didn't want to ruin my extensions or wigs.
But I tried it and found that it works great!!!! It barely pulls out any hairs and as long as you brush starting at the bottom, it doesn't pull very hard at all. I definitely recommend that if you have extensions or wear wigs that you use this brush on them!

this is what the goody website says about it:
Finally, there's a fix! With 70% more gentle detangling* in the palm of your hands, the TangleFix brush gets through tough tangles with ease.
PRODUCT FEATURES:
• Super-flexible bristles work with the hair, not against it
• Lightweight for less fatigue
• Easy grip sides for better control
• Dual size design for small or medium hands

The other brush that I found has microfibre in-between the bristles. it's susposted to help dry your hair faster.
The first time I used it, I thought I could try straight out of the shower, wow that didn't work it just soaked the brush and my hair was still dripping.
I tried it again to give it a second chance(as everything deserves) after I had wraped my hair up for a bit after washing it. I used it while blow drying my hair at the same time and it did work pretty well. It claims to help dry faster up to 30% which yeah I can see that but 30% isn't really that much.
It made it faster to dry but I am not a fan of large paddle brushes so I don't use it as often, I think this brush would work better on finer hair, but I have very thick hair.

If you have any of these brushes what do you like/dislike about them?
