Anatomy 101

I was very bored today and not even watching horror movies(for once), and I got the idea to do an anatomical hand makeup. 
I haven't done anything like this in such a long time so I'm happy that I had the time to do it.

I have a stack of anatomy and embalming books from when I was in mortuary school and taught anatomy to my students in December  Seeing as text books are sooooooo expensive; it's good that I get to use them for other reasons as well.

So using my wolfe face art watercolour makeup and 4 different point tipped brushes, I got this:

one with the flash on

one without the flash

I thought it turned out very well, the hand is harder to do because there is actually that not much muscle on the outside of the hand, mostly bones and ligaments. I think its a good random try due to total boredom.
